Exceptional service and support sets All Phase apart from other providers of VoIP
and legacy telephone systems. With All Phase you'll always have a single point of
contact for any telephone need that arises. One call to All Phase eliminates the
finger pointing that typically takes place between your equipment vendor, your carrier,
and your network administrator. At All Phase we own the problem until it is resolved
to your satisfaction.
We'll assign a primary and back-up technician to your account so we'll be familiar
with your system, your location, your applications, and your infrastructure every
time you request service. We allow you to determine if a problem is routine or an
emergency and respond appropriately. For major disruptions you can expect a two-hour
response, regardless of the day or time. Routine service issues are normally handled
within 24 hours during normal business hours: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through
Friday, excluding holidays. Many of our systems include remote access capability,
allowing us to perform routine maintenance without the need for an onsite service
call.
All Phase provides certified warranty service on all the systems we install. Out
of warranty customers can receive service on a time and material basis or sign up
for one of our extended support programs. Our extended support programs are designed
to protect your technology investment, guarantee response times, optimize system
performance, and reduce ongoing maintenance costs.
